Is fat burning furnace is a scam?

I must say Rob's book is very effective and that's why it is best seller. But here are my 4 observations where I differ from Rob's opinion

1. I think multiple sets per exercise helps the beginner and it's also effective.

2. I believe that moderate intensity aerobic exercise does improve the heart and lungs' ability to perform work.

3. HIT workouts are fast and productive. But, it might not be suitable for beginners because it requires
time and practice. Unless HIT is done properly, it will not burn effectively.

4. High protein meals help burn fat by raising post-meal thermogenisis (fat burning) and resting energy expenditure

I do not think fat burning furnace is a SCAM. Rather it's a negative marketing gimmicks.
